SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your order begins moving within 2 business days — here’s how and why timelines vary.

What happens after you order

We verify your payment. We inspect the items. We package them securely. We prepare the shipment for dispatch.

This entire pre-shipment sequence takes up to 48 hours. In most cases, it finishes within that window. If manual review or inventory coordination is needed, the full processing window extends to 2–7 business days.

When your package moves — and when it might pause

Once dispatched, your package enters transit. That phase typically lasts 7–15 business days.

During this time, movement depends entirely on third parties: carriers handle transport; local authorities manage border crossings and regulatory checks.

Why some deliveries take longer than expected

If any of these occur, your delivery timeline shifts:

  • severe weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • customs procedures
  • transportation disruptions
  • local regulations
  • customs requirements
  • carrier limitations
  • country-specific import and transportation policies

These factors apply across all destinations we serve — including Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates.

What you can count on — and what we can’t promise

You can count on us completing verification, inspection, packaging, and dispatch prep within 48 hours in standard cases — and no later than 2–7 business days under review or coordination conditions.

We cannot promise specific transit timeframes. Specific transit timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

While we control the first 48 hours, everything after depends on carriers, borders, and conditions we don’t manage — so we give ranges, not promises.
